The Lane List: Brisbane Wedding Florists
The Lane List: Brisbane Wedding Florists

From romantic and structured floral arrangements to farm-fresh stems organically formed, Brisbane’s innovative array of wedding florists create completely outside the bounds. Working predominately with sustainable and locally sourced flowers, these florists look to the earth to bring dreamlike creations to life in their city surrounds.

We searched through a city brimming with talent to find the botanic artists who can match any wedding aesthetic and bring any brief to life.

Rose Apple Flowers

Masters of bespoke floral design, we love Byron Bay’s Rose Apple Flowers for romantic and rambling botanical arrangements.Founder Rebecca Uhlmann is inspired by the natural form of the materials she uses, and artistically brings this organic flow to her designs. Her distinct play on textures is carefully curated, combining lush florals, berries, and foliage with a beautifully untamed design aesthetic. Rose Apple Flowers welcome enquiries for destination weddings, while regularly servicing the Gold Coast and Byron Bay regions.

Wild at Heart Flowers

Inspired by nature and wild beauty, this freelance floral studio stays away from “over-done” designs, focusing instead on the philosophy that simple and fresh is best. Founder Christine Campbell’s approach is to first appreciate the raw beauty of a flower before adding texture and colour in an unstructured, organic and rhythmic format to mimic the work of Mother Nature herself. Campbell developed her unique creative style while working as a visual artist and interior decorator alongside top design, property development and styling companies across Queensland. Having unique access to the industry’s top talent, Wild at Heart Flowers also offer a collection of décor elements, props for hire and a full styling service tailored to each couple and their requirements.

The Fleurist

Sydney’s recent loss has been Brisbane’s gain with the relocation of The Fleurist to sunnier climes. Styling from a luxe, romantic, and vintage perspective, wedding florals are elevated through The Fleurist’s commitment to creating beyond all expectations for every one of their brides. Elements of sustainability flow throughout their services, from using recycled materials for packaging to composting all floral offcuts and green waste. As well as offering bespoke floral design services, The Fleurist can also transform preserved wedding flowers into silk scarves for couples to keep forever.
