I love the vibrance & artistic flair of bohemian styling, perfectly balanced with layered decor that looks simply effortless.
When creating a bohemian tablescape, the key is to make sure it looks relaxed & inviting rather than over-styled and too perfect or 'proppy'. Think casual backyard celebrations, with a palette that mixes earthy neutrals and rich splashes of colour (try fuchsia, amber, plum, turquoise, light rose pinks). Layer a raw wooden table with fabrics such as paisley floral patterned table cloths, crochet, doilies or burlap runners.
Choose vintage crystal cut glassware, mismatched china plates and finish the look with plenty of candles (slightly pre-melted) & brass or antique silver cutlery. Be sure to adorn your bohemian table with bunches of fresh handpicked blooms (use mismatched vases each with a different type of flower)
