With incomparable views over the dramatic Sydney Northern Beaches landscape, the deck and private dining room proved the perfect blank canvas setting for a mermaids table, spilling with oceanic ephemera.
Inspired by the re-imagining of an all white palette, textures of coral and sea-fans, placuna pearled shells and copper were each layered to decadent effect, nestled amidst crumpled linens and delicate muslin.
Enlisting the ever-elegant hand of calligrapher Cass Deller, copper inked menus guided guests through an incredible ocean inspired lunch, culminating in petit fours almost too beautiful to eat!
