About Anna Visintin
"I believe that the most beautiful images are hidden in real connections, real emotions, real life. My aim is to realize understated, artistic images that beautifully embrace the natural light and hues of any setting. To me, photography is a visual narration created by emotions, feelings and atmosphere."
Behind The Brand
How would you describe your photography style?
My photographic style comes from my artistic academic background. I consider it as an artistic project and I am very inspired by the language of cinema.
What is it that makes an image magical?
I believe that a magical image is created by light shaping, atmosphere and clean composition with great evocative power. A magical image does not need to be screamed, but whispered.
What advice would you give to the camera-shy couple?
While I have strong experience in fashion photography where posing is crucial, with wedding photography I take a different approach. I reduce posing and focus on the candid because I love to capture true relationships and emotions. So you will be free to be yourself, without any stress
Do you travel interstate or internationally?
I am very lucky to live in Italy, one of the world’s favorite destinations for weddings. I work throughout Italy, (Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Apulia, Lakes, Venice, etc.) and Switzerland, but I would love to travel further abroad for weddings in other countries, and I hope one day this can happen.
As an estimate, how long does your editing process take?
My editing process takes no more than 90 working days.
Describe a magical moment from a wedding you’ve photographed…
Every wedding is emotional for me and has its own story to tell. Each wedding is made by the people, intimate relationships and emotions. For this reason, I cannot only choose one magical moment
Why we love it…
Anna’s beautiful use of contrast and composition heightens the storytelling within her frames. There’s a timeless elegance to her images, and an emotional pull that’s honest and palpable.
For the couple…
Wanting the little, intimate moments and stylish details captured cinematically.
Think of using earthy tones and romantic whites to suit the mood of the Italian countryside.
