Du Jour Events specialises in weddings, grazing tables, catering and luxury wine lists. Whether you would like to celebrate your wedding at Tides Estate, a luxury Hinterland Home with a large event hall encircled by sprawling macadamia orchards, or catered to your dream space, Du Jour will cater for all.

From all things formal to an intimate and relaxed celebration, our refined French menu will suit all and leave a memorable taste on your palate. Du Jour also specialises in corporate lunches, as well as events and styling. We do three-metre long grazing tables or six course degustation and feast-style menus with the option of matching wine. Du Jour means ‘of the day’ and is particular to you. Simply remember the day is about you! Find the right professional wedding and event planner that will make your day come together created from your own visions and designs. How would you describe your style when it comes to your products and services?

Simply Du Jour. To our team, each event is original and unique and is a chance for us to put a new twist on the style or the food, decor and venue. We place a European emphasis on our menu and styling. We love a moody setting served with whole, hearty food to match. We recreate the comfort that your Oma provided you but with an urban, modern twist. We thrive on simple elegance but being exceptionally memorable for all elements of the day. No detail is missed.


How does the process of wedding planning work?

Once our bride and groom have selected their venue of choice, our very detailed planning begins. First and foremost, we create a strong bond with our couples and allow trust to be built so we can remove any element of stress. Then all details begin, we help guide with recommended vendors and bring their vision to life. From Du Jour food & wine, to florists, musicians, photographers, linens and so much more, we bring their creation to life! On the day, Du Jour’s team will be there to ensure everything goes smoothly.


What elements of a wedding do you help with?

The short answer, everything. Du Jour started as a team of hospitality professionals, with a Michelin star Chef, sommeliers and experts of the industry. From there, we have expanded to styling and coordination. We truly believe the bond of a wedding has so many beautiful elements to it that we can’t pick which part of the day would suit us best, so we do them all!


Do you travel interstate/worldwide?

Yes, of course! Our team is based in Australia but the majority of the team have a home throughout the world! Travel is only a bonus and allows us another beautiful opportunity to work with a couple.
