About Echoes of Eden
Echoes of Eden is a sustainable floral Collective in East Nashville, owned by Kelly Horn and Harley Masoner. Collaborating as both left and right sides of the brain, they are dedicated to providing a professional experience of bespoke design, authentically centered around each client.
Their passion is driven by creating a stable and flourishing work environment for their team of women and moms, investing in local farmers and artisans, all while producing a luxury experience for clients. Inspired by fashion, travel, history, art and seasonality, their work is defined by innovative design and unique details that create artistically aesthetic events.
Behind The Brand
What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?
The initial spark for the brand comes from the company’s name, Echoes of Eden. Eden symbolizes a place of perfection and paradise and while we may not have Eden fully on this earth, we can have glimpses…or echoes. Echoes of Eden is about a brand that cultivates these moments through not just our creative design, but through how we operate as a company and for our clients.
What services do you offer couples?
From design consultation to day of execution, we offer our couples a bespoke process, allowing us to bring to life an authentic vision and celebration of their relationship. From more intimate gatherings to grand fêtes, our focus is on delivering a wonderland of innovative and intentional design based in sustainable roots.
How would you describe your aesthetic?
Our aesthetic is a dichotomy. We are driven by the thrill of the avant-garde, while being comforted by the beauty of the natural and organic. Our work at times leans into sculptural minimalism and at times, overgrown and textural. Regardless, it is always brought together with seasonal elements and artisanal details.
As a florist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?
We have been immensely inspired by the push in the industry for vendors to recognize themselves as Artists and their work as art.
What would you like to see less of?
It may be a cliche answer, but we have to say waste. We feel that the events industry must consistently make more responsible decisions involving sustainability and single use products. As a floral company, we are closely dependent on the health and beauty of the earth to be successful and we value it as our responsibility to give back to her as much as we take.
A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?
Our number one tip is to prioritize what is actually important to you and invest in it. There is no set standard rule you are required to follow when planning an event, but you will never regret investing in the areas that speak to you and fill your heart. Our number two would be to always remember this day is about both of you and a celebration of your love and life to come. The wedding is only the beginning!
