About Lee Brennan Design

Each piece created by Lee Brennan Design is completely individual. There is an aim to create poetry through our process. Our work is not complicated, it is made by feeling and the manipulation of proportion. Consistently appealing to a groom or bride that remains unaffected by the traditional and commercial. It is at it's heart about feeling, the sculpting of a single entity until the silhouette of the object is deeply satisfying to the artists perception. The more we create, the more we seek less, to strip back everything but light and dark.

Honest & Timeless

Behind The Brand

Your best pieces of advice for event planning?

There should be no pressure to choose a ring, it is not a representation of how much you love or care. If you do choose a piece to show the pride in your partner and relationship it should be something that speaks to you, something you enjoy to look at.

What was the spark for your brand? Where did the story begin?

The beginning was actually an escape. There was a place we needed to leave and another place we needed to find. It feels like we have discovered this new place now and will continue to explore every corner of it.

What inspires you creatively?

“Inspiration finds you working” I think is how the saying goes, and this cannot be more true for us. The only time there is a true moment of clarity and change, or a surge of originality happens it is during the process.

Most memorable place you’ve travelled?

To name one destination as the most memorable is almost impossible, though Scotland holds a very special place in our hearts.

On a typical weekend we’ll find you?

If we are not travelling you will find us working most days.

Editor’s Notes

Why we love it…

Each piece feels like discovering ancient treasure with timeworn textures and imperfections hand forged using primitive techniques.

For the man and woman…

Who admires minimal, masculine, rugged jewellery.

Our favorite piece…

The raw cut signet ring, hand sculpted and oxidised.
