About Paulina Weddings

There is a kind of a magical bond with my couples that makes my work so special. I’m privileged to accompany them and document their most intimate moments, emotions, laughter, and tears of happiness. I put my whole heart into my work and it’s not only about beautiful photos, it’s also about capturing the tenderness of your special day. They are moments which you will want to come back to many years after your wedding. Being your photographer means being there for you, your family, and your friends. It’s a great responsibility but also a blessing to have this trust from you.

How would you describe your photography style?

My style weaves together authenticity, emotion, and romance through a fashion-inspired lens. I am drawn to the intimate moments that photography draws you into; the fleeting glances, the nervous squeeze of a hand or an emotional embrace between two people.

What is it that makes an image magical?

For me, the combination of light and emotion makes an image magical. Watching this come to life is what I love most about wedding photography.

What advice would you give to the camera-shy couple?

Forget about the camera and focus on each other. Look into each other’s eyes and think, why do I love him/her so much? Give them a kiss and embrace them – allow yourself to relax into the beauty of the moment and everything else will simply melt away.

Do you travel interstate or internationally?

Yes, I work and travel around Europe.

As an estimate, how long does your editing process take?

Editing can take anywhere from 2-16 weeks depending on the wedding season.

Describe a magical moment from a wedding you’ve photographed…

The moment when a couple enters the reception dinner. All of the guests are seated, and eagerly waiting for them to arrive. The music starts, and the couple skips amongst the tables, kissing their beloved ones who are clapping and dancing on their chairs. Emotions fill the air – but above all, happiness and love fill these moments.
