About WildBride
We are a bridal boutique for the unique, unconventional, and free-spirited bride in the heart of San Francisco.
A “WildBride” is a bride who is cool, easy going and looking to feel stress-free, beautiful and most of all happy on her wedding day. Her wedding is not of the conventional type and she is unconstrained by societal expectations.
She wants to create a space, a day, and an experience JUST to share the love she and her partner have created together with her close friends and family without the added pressures of most contemporary weddings. She wants it to be a celebration of love and family that could be on a cliff overlooking a valley, in the middle of giant redwoods in the forest, or on the sands of her favorite beach.
The WildBride is looking for a gown that will make her feel like the best version of herself. The perfect dream and desire she envisions, but still comfortable and identifiable.

Behind The Brand
How would you describe your boutique in three words? What is the concept behind your store?
Non-traditional, natural, tranquil.
WildBride is a unique bridal experience that doesn’t feel like other classic style bridal shops. When you enter shop, you feel like you have stepped into a zen-like retreat. You immediately take in all the nature that surrounds the shop from the various cacti and palm trees, to all the natural light pouring through from the floor to ceiling windows and relax into the studio that feels like a comfy living room.
We have created a peaceful environment for our WildBrides since we know wedding dress shopping can sometimes feel daunting and intimidating. We want our brides to feel the exact opposite and have an experience that makes them feel like the best versions of themselves when they are the most happy and relaxed.
What labels do you stock at the boutique? Do you also offer accessories?
WildBride unites a global community of designers which allows diversity in stylistic choices with the ambition of making our brides feel beautiful without compromising comfort. Our bride is adventurous and free-spirited so being restricted by an uncomfortable wedding dress on her special day is never a compromise that we would make. Each of our brands tell a unique and different fashion story, so that we have something for every type of unique bride.
While you are always guaranteed to find Temperley London, Laure de Sagazan, Cortana and Daalarna Couture in our store, we frequently welcome new collections and designers.
We also offer unique, one-of-a-kind and customizable bridal accessories from designers from all over the world like the very talented Mariana SN Novias from Mexico City and Les Couronnes de Victoire from Paris.
Where can brides find you and what do they need to know before booking an appointment?
We are located in the center of San Francisco’s hippest area between Hayes Valley and Nopa. We are situated on a corner just one block east of the famous Alamo Square, which is home to the famous “Painted Ladies”.
We recommend our brides start to shop at least around 9-12 months before their weddings for our made-to-order gowns. We sometimes also carry a limited small selection of ready to purchase off the rack gowns and SAMPLE GOWNS in (sizes 6 – 12) for our brides who can’t wait that long. We highly recommend getting familiar with our beautiful collections and the gowns we carry from each brand which can be found on our website’s “Designer page” before booking a bridal appointment with us.
What styling tips do you have for brides and their bridal party?
Have fun with your dress shopping. Don’t let people around you or the wedding planning stress you for the should’s and have-to’s. Try on gowns that look and feel like you and that you will be most comfortable in. Have fun scrolling through Pinterest and bridal brand lookbooks to get a sense of your style. But know the right answer is always how you feel, and not what anyone else tells you how you feel.
Editor’s Notes
Why we love it…
A worldly fusion of boutique labels (some of our European faves including Temperley & Laure de Sagazan) with diversely different silhouettes & artisanal fabrics… and the super relaxed, bespoke appointments founder Samira Araghi provides.
For the bride…
Looking for unexpected designs from independent designers, something that feels artistically created and special, but relaxed. A space where you can completely unwind and take the pressure off your wedding dress search, sip Prosecco and know you’re in the hands of an expert stylist.
Style notes…
Founder Samira is so well versed in the language of bridal – give her a brief, share a little insight into your wedding day plans and she’ll come back with an edit of options specifically tailored to you… gowns you might not have considered trying on that in the end will surpass your original brief.
