3 – 4 Months Before: Wedding Invitations

Send your wedding invitations at least 3-4 months prior to your wedding, and consider earlier for destination weddings, or if you haven’t sent save the dates. Order your wedding invitations at least 3 months before your desired send-out date to ensure ample time for the design and production process. As Paper Paper Co. explains, “Our typical process takes 4-8 weeks from project start date to delivery.” Also, be sure to order your day-of stationery and signage 3 months prior to your wedding day.

5 – 6 Weeks Before: RSVP Deadlines

Set your RSVP deadline at least 5-6 weeks before your wedding date. This timeline allows you to finalize seating allocations (which can be very time consuming!) and commence production on your day-of stationery pieces.
