What was the initial spark for the property and how did it all begin?
Zoëtry Mallorca began with a vision to bring new life to a historic estate. An invitation to experience Mallorca through stillness, heritage, and understated celebration. When the estate became part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection portfolio, the potential was immediate: timeless architecture, expansive countryside, and an atmosphere that felt inherently meaningful. Rather than reinvent, the goal was to preserve; allowing the estate’s natural rhythm and quiet elegance to guide its transformation. The result is a place designed for reflection, connection, and deeply personal celebrations. Where the past holds space for the present.
What spaces do you offer for a wedding or event?
Zoëtry Mallorca offers a range of stunning historic and natural spaces ideal for weddings and events. Key highlights include:
- The neo-Gothic 19th-century chapel, built in stone with a unique octagonal floor plan, offering an intimate and meaningful ceremony space.
- The cloister and gardens, which evoke timeless beauty and serenity – perfect for open-air celebrations or cocktails.
- The mill, fortified tower, and other architectural landmarks, creating unforgettable backdrops.
- Expansive 56,000 m² of landscaped gardens and two outdoor pools, with ample space for both largeand small gatherings.
- A fully equipped marquee (tent) is also available, elegantly set up and prepared to host events with up to 250 guests – offering a stylish and sheltered option in case of weather changes or for larger celebrations.

Our pricing is tailored to accommodate a wide range of client needs. We offer various catering options and always aim to help couples choose the one that best fits both their budget and preferences. Catering prices range from 195,00€ to 215,00€ per person. Our venues, such as our magical chapel, start at 4.000,00€. We always prepare a personalized proposal based on each couple’s vision and requirements.
