Behind The Brand

What was the initial spark for your brand? How did it all begin?

Being a typical Libran, I’m a hopeless romantic, ruled by Venus, the goddess of love, indulgence, and pleasure; romance runs through my veins. From a very young age, I developed a love for weddings that led me to become the wedding planner I am today. I love to romanticize the everyday and seek the beauty in everything around us. As a sensitive soul and daydreamer by nature, I am a creative through and through, with an unrelenting pull towards the romanticism of weddings.

We offer full-service wedding planning, design, and styling.

How would you describe your aesthetic?

Our aesthetic is a harmonious blend of refined elegance and timeless sophistication. We embrace classic beauty with a modern touch, creating weddings that are both stylish and enduring. Our design philosophy centers on clean lines, luxurious materials, and an exquisite attention to detail, ensuring each element contributes to a cohesive and breathtaking atmosphere. We draw inspiration from the natural beauty around us, incorporating lush florals, soft color palettes, and elegant textures to create a serene yet captivating ambiance. Every wedding we design is a testament to understated luxury and everlasting romance.

As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

We take inspiration from a multitude of sources: social media, current trends, our peers, but most importantly, our biggest inspiration is you as a couple. By focusing on personalized touches and meaningful details, we ensure that your wedding is not only visually stunning but also a heartfelt celebration of your love story. Your day will be a timeless memory, perfectly capturing the essence of your unique bond. Elements that we are very much enjoying and incorporating into our designs currently are timeless color palettes, soft, neutral tones combined with luxurious metallic accents, and taking inspiration from these palettes to design weddings that are both modern and timeless.

We are inspired by the creative use of natural elements, such as incorporating greenery and floral installations into indoor venues to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Lastly, there is also a growing appreciation for handcrafted details, from artisanal tableware to custom-made wedding dresses. We are inspired by the craftsmanship and unique charm these elements bring to each wedding.

What would you like to see less of?

In the wedding industry, we would like to see less emphasis on trends and more focus on timeless, personalized celebrations. Every couple is unique, and their wedding should reflect their individual personalities and love story. We would like to see less of the one-size-fits-all approach and more bespoke, personalized designs that celebrate the uniqueness of each couple. The wedding industry often lacks representation and inclusivity, consistently promoting a narrow vision of what a wedding should look like. We aim to celebrate diversity, embracing all cultures, traditions, and love stories, ensuring everyone feels represented and celebrated.

A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?

Think about the guest experience from start to finish. A well-thought-out guest journey can make your wedding truly unforgettable for everyone involved. Make your wedding a true reflection of your unique love story and personalities. From the venue and décor to the little details, infuse elements that are meaningful to you as a couple. Start by identifying key moments in your relationship that you want to highlight. This could be your first date, a shared hobby, or a favorite destination. Incorporate these elements into your wedding theme, stationery, and décor to create a deeply personal and memorable experience for you and your guests.
