Our outdoor terrace is an impressive space for an intimate wedding or Byron Bay elopement, including an all-weather dining deck which can be closed off to create an elegant and private wedding space in a beautiful, romantic setting. By adding some soft lighting, beautiful flowers, champagne, delicious food and your most loved family and friends, there’s not much more you need to create the wedding of your dreams.

Everything about our venue is committed to delivering a relaxed, yet modern beach house aesthetic. Our restaurant has been beautifully renovated with large banks of bi-fold doors that open the entire building to reveal our stunning ocean views. The interior is a contemporary white-on-white space filled with natural light and weathered grey wood from reclaimed 100-year-old Sydney Harbour piers. While outside the garden has been transformed to create a wedding ceremony space with stone and wooden pathways, tropical greenery and jasmine vines. With the help of our wedding team, simply layer with your choice of styling to create an unforgettable wedding, from hanging arrangements of greenery and wildflowers, textured native foliage centrepieces for the tables, scattered votives, fairy lights, outdoor lanterns, linens plus your own personal touches.

How many people can each of these cater for?

We have the capacity to host approximately 120 seated guests or 150 guests for cocktail-style weddings. For intimate weddings, the Beach Byron Bay terrace can accommodate up 60 guests.

Do you offer onsite accommodation?

No onsite accommodation, however, we can provide couples with a list of our preferred Byron Bay accommodation partners.

Aaahhh…where to begin? Firstly, our wedding planning service. We can honestly say, after more than fourteen years, that no two weddings held at Beach Byron Bay have ever been the same. We enjoy spending as much time as necessary with each couple, helping them design a menu, sourcing beautiful pieces to make their day truly unique or working with one partner to plan a special surprise for the other partner!

I believe it’s important to design weddings that make a special connection for each individual couple, that will touch their hearts, and be something they and their guests remember forever. Everything from arranging jaw-dropping floral installations coupled with striking table settings. Ushering guests to and from the beach and providing them with towels and scented foot baths. Luxury tipi weddings in our garden or a Byron hinterland wedding ceremony complete with cocktails and canapés. With our award-winning menu’s and hatted head chef, we love creating wedding menus that are inspired by our love of fresh coastal Mediterranean flavours and the best local produce. Almost all our dishes have a connection to the Byron area, be it Bangalow pork, Byron Bay seafood or the best Byron hinterland produce. In terms of drinks, we love to serve a classic Italian Aperitivo on arrival: Aperol spritz, Negroni’s, Campari, Processco and Italian wines.

For most couples, they love that we are located literally right on the beach. It’s what makes us unique and inspires every element of what we do. The restaurant is positioned on the dunes at Clarkes Beach and overlooks Julian Rocks with sweeping uninterrupted views stretching in all directions from The Pass and Byron Lighthouse in the east to Mount Warning and Byron hinterland in the north. We’re literally, the ultimate beach house!

As planners of bespoke weddings, we do not offer off-the-shelf wedding packages. Our philosophy is to work with each and every couple to create something that reflects their unique style and love story. Brides and grooms fall in love with how we can transform their vision not only into a dream reality, but also introduce them to new perspectives, new possibilities and the unimaginable. While, your wedding day may only last a day, it’s important to create a day that lasts forever.

Most of our brides and grooms do not reside locally and require extra assistance planning their Byron Bay wedding.
