What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?

The idea for Belle Bodas Events was born during my own wedding planning experience ten years ago. I noticed a gap in the industry – planning wasn’t just about checking boxes; it was about crafting an elevated experience where every detail tells a story. I wanted to offer couples more than just a wedding day; I envisioned a journey as extraordinary as the day itself. This vision became the foundation of Belle Bodas Events.

What services do you offer couples?

Belle Bodas offers Full-Service Planning & Design, available worldwide, with a process thoughtfully divided into three seamless phases. It begins with Vendor Curation, where a dream team of vendors is assembled to align perfectly with your vision and needs, laying the foundation for an exceptional wedding. Next is Design Concept Development, where a comprehensive design deck is crafted to capture every detail – from florals and table settings to stationery and ambiance – ensuring creativity and intentionality shine through. Finally, the Logistics & Execution phase brings everything together, coordinating timelines and on-site details to ensure your day flows effortlessly and beautifully.

How would you describe your aesthetic?

Always polished, but never predictable.

As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

We’re inspired by the growing shift toward intentionality. Couples are stepping away from traditional norms and embracing deeply personal touches, from unique seating arrangements and curated menus to art-inspired design and unexpected textures. We also love the emphasis on sustainability and supporting local vendors, which aligns perfectly with our values and approach.

What would you like to see less of?

Less stress! Wedding planning is often seen as overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. With the right support, the process can be smooth, enjoyable, and even fun.

A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?

Focus on creating a meaningful guest experience. Thoughtful details—like personalized welcome bags, handwritten notes, or fun signature cocktails – help your guests feel connected to your wedding day. These touches leave a lasting impression and become the moments guests talk about for years to come.
