What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?

With a lifelong fascination for flowers that shows no signs of fading, Britlyn’s work is rooted in two decades of floral industry mastery. Honing her craft from childhood, Britlyn has shaped her passion for buoyant blooms into a flourishing enterprise with her team of floral designers. As chief creative and lead designer of Britlyn Simone Floral, Britlyn’s work is inventive yet grounded – forever reflecting the joy, creativity, and expertise she brings to every occasion.

What services do you offer couples?

From intimate soirees to elaborate overseas gatherings, we bring our blooms to celebrations big and small. Britlyn Simone Floral is a full service destination wedding and event design studio.

How would you describe your aesthetic?

In each of our seasonal, locally-sourced arrangements, we embody the stories and environments in which they were crafted – a harmonious blend of fresh and familiar, spontaneous and methodical. Working seasonally, we ensure every composition blossoms in the balance between artistry and excellence, warmth and refinement, intention and aesthetics. As a florist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

We’re less about following trends and more about following your own heart. Long after the last petal falls, flowers will beckon you back to your wedding day like none other. There’s an art to reading a room, and flowers never fail to elevate an occasion. With their graceful, refined presence, each arrangement is a vignette that tells a larger story. From sweet peas to peonies, flowers contain multitudes: Tender moments, distinct milestones, and an abundance of emotion. Greater still, flowers have the power to call in our most cherished memories, all while creating a sense of place in the present moment.

What would you like to see less of?

Copy and paste weddings. Get inspired by your own aesthetic, venue, passions, landscape and the season of your celebration. Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing and make your wedding authentically your own.
