Dobbin St is a tailored event space in Williamsburg offering full event production services. A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist luxury feel, boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views and vaulted 22 ft ceilings. Our clients have use of 4,250 sq ft of internal space and a 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine which includes a private suite and lounge. One flight up is a 3,000 sq ft rooftop terrace lush with greenery. Right under our iconic Yves blue staircase is where you’ll find our hidden gem, a 900 sq ft courtyard that completes the space.

What rooms/spaces do you have available for a wedding? How many people can each of these cater for?

• 3,250 sq ft Main Space with 22 ft vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and a minimalist aesthetic. Capacity: 400 Cocktail, 225 Seated, 350 Conferences.
• 3,000 sq ft Rooftop Terrace with Manhattan skyline views, lush greenery, surround sound speakers and string lights for a soft glow. Capacity: 300 Cocktail, 100 Seated.
• 750 sq ft Mezzanine Level complete with a private suite and en-suite bathroom, and a lounge with coffee tables, couches and floor to ceiling windows. Capacity: Lounge 25, Suite 5.
• 900 sq ft Hidden Courtyard with exposed brick, string lights, lush greenery and iconic Yves blue staircase. Capacity: 25 Seated, 40 Standing.

Do you offer onsite accommodation?

We have five hotels located within walking distance from the venue, two of which offer Dobbin St clients discounts on rooms and wedding suites.

We now offer 360 Wedding Planning Services and our all-inclusive Dobbin Curated Packages which streamlines the entire Dobbin St experience and removes any stress. Our team of seasoned and experienced planners has created a variety of packages and services perfect for all types of brides and grooms-to-be.
