Behind The Brand

What draws you to wedding photography?

I have always been drawn to the idea of being immersed in the private lives of new people and sharing with them one of the most important days of their lives. I love actively participating in the pre-wedding phase, creating with my brides the creative project that will lead us to together create the photos of their dreams. I love getting excited about their desires, their expectations, and I commit wholeheartedly to bringing their ideas to life. I am grateful for the opportunity to document such a joyful day, I love traveling and working with couples from all over the world. It gives me the chance to continue exploring and engaging with new cultures and traditions.

How would you describe your photography style?

When asked about my photography style, I like to say it’s a mix of candid moments and beautifully posed shots. I combine my experience in documentary and fashion photography to create timeless wedding photos.

I focus on capturing emotions, details, and creating editorial poses that tell a story. I don’t follow trends, but rather carefully choose colors and editing techniques that match the couple’s unique vision.

Overall, my photography style can be described as elegant, intimate, and focused on creating a creative and emotional narrative of the day.

What inspires you creatively?

Travel and art have always been my greatest passions. Traveling is a journey of self-discovery, a chance to immerse yourself in different cultures and traditions, step out of your comfort zone, and grow. Art, in all its forms, has always inspired me to visualize my idea of beauty and poetry. The combination of these two elements fuels my creativity as a photographer.

What is it that makes an image magical?

A beautiful question, I believe that when we talk about magic, we are talking about its depth. An image is magical when it manages to evoke deep emotions, intense sensations, stir up memories, or genuinely move you. It’s like capturing a moment that speaks to your soul and creates a connection between you and the photograph. It’s not just about aesthetics, but about the feelings and memories it evokes within you. It’s about finding beauty, meaning, and emotion in a single frame, making you stop and appreciate the world around you in a different light. This is what makes an image truly magical.

What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?

My advice for couples selecting their wedding photographer is to choose someone you trust and feel comfortable with. Look for a professional who genuinely listens to your desires beyond just wanting another client.

Find a photographer whose style and personality align with yours. They will be with you throughout the entire day, so it’s important to pick someone you connect with and feel at ease around. Remember, the photographs will be the only tangible memory you have of your day for years to come.

Your dream location to shoot a wedding?

A new, unique experience in a completely different setting from what I’m used to seeing in my beautiful country is what I seek – the opportunity to challenge myself with something truly new.

If I had to name a location to put at the top of my list, it would be Amangiri.
