Art, romance and your story is why FLOURE was created. FLOURE’s vision is to create not just a dress to wear on your big day, but to also create a dress which embraces your inner self to a sophisticated and timeless art piece.
From delicate embellishments, intricate draping techniques, aesthetic construction and an approach to a modern woman’s desire, every piece brings a unique and enchanting element, while still encapsulating your story.
Designed and made in our Sydney’s atelier, FLOURE is a bridal wear available to order both as a ‘collection’ piece or a ‘bespoke’ piece.
Behind The Brand
What was the spark for beginning FLOURE?
FLOURE was created out of the desire to embrace art and romance. We aspire to create not just a dress to wear on the big day, but to also create a unique gown which embraces our bride’s innerself to a sophisticated and timeless art piece.
What inspires you creatively?
We are constantly inspired by the beauty of objects and pieces which are imperfectly perfect. Coupled with romanticism, we mould away different kinds of beautiful fabrics and laces, to create something unique, alluring and timeless.
A favorite quote or piece of advice that inspires your creative work?
“The stars are out but she burns brighter”
Our one and only ambition is to ensure our brides shine in our gown and feel special on their big day, whether she’s with the crowd or with her lover. This is what motivates us and why we love what we do.
What advice can you give to brides when shopping for their dress?
Always remember that you are the bride, don’t feel pressured, and your opinion is what matters most! Stay true to yourself and choose (or curate) a gown that truly represents you and your vision. Also don’t be afraid to explore other ideas!
What are you drawn to in bridal right now? And what would you love to see less of?
We currently love the intricacy of dramatic architectural draping and the delicateness of Chantilly French lace, which exudes the juxtaposition between the modern and the classic. While all gowns are special in their own way, we’d like to see less of excessive silver/gold beadings.
