Behind The Brand
Do you offer custom bespoke services?
Yes, a limited amount of projects per year.
Do you offer pre-designed suites?
Yes, we will be launching our first shop-able semi-custom collection in the fall of 2020.
How would you describe your style when it comes to your products and services?
We really love approaching our designs in a ‘disruptive’ fashion. For example, printing on the material you’d never expect to see or creating new ways to experience viewing a menu. Our clients are usually seeking something their guests have never seen before – it’s against the grain and unconventional. In our custom projects especially, we really want to focus on highlighting the unique personas of each couple and try to bring that out in the designs!
What is the general lead time for your custom/bespoke designs?
Depending on the scale of the project, most clients begin 6-8 months prior to the date of their wedding date.
What advice would you give couples when designing their wedding invitations?
Trust your gut, but also let loose! Don’t be afraid to step out of what’s ‘traditionally’ done.
Editor’s Notes
Why we love it…
Artfully curated with masterful craft, we love the consideration into every detail, the focus on modern typography and graphic design which drifts across the paper stock to form everlasting correspondence. More than stationery, Foliage Paper is an atmosphere, an art piece and forever keepsake.
For the couple…
Seeking the unconventional, the unique, and wildly poetic addition to their love story.
Styling tips…
Work with Foliage Paper to create a fully custom suite of pre-wedding and day-of stationery, opting for a personalized monogram debossed on handmade paper with torn edges. Carefully consider your paper goods with your decor styling allowing them to be the subtle hero of the table, not lost under overdone florals or heavy napery.
