What draws you to wedding photography?
I would describe my work as a search for perfection in imperfection. The detailed story of the most beautiful day for a couple, made with a wealth of details but also with discretion. The best compliment that the couples give me after seeing the photos is that it seems to them to relive the wedding day through my shots with details that not even they remembered.
How would you describe your photography style?
Editorial, timeless, cinematic, authentic but also modern and contemporary.
What inspires you creatively?
Art, cinema, and the beauty of discovering new cultures around the world.
What is it that makes an image magical?
The perfect light, a good photographer and a good lens, the subject’s ability to forget about the camera and to think about the hic et nunc.
What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?
Choose who transmits an emotion to you and who you think can enhance your beauty and your love.
Your dream location to shoot a wedding?
I’d love to photograph India with her beautiful colors and sunsets. I suppose I’d love also Iceland or some island far away.
