About Ink Gin
The world’s first all-natural, colour changing craft gin. Hand crafted with 13 organic botanicals including locally grown myrtle leaves, Ink Gin is infused with petals from the butterfly pea flower to impart a beautiful indigo colour & smoothness.
These petals are pH sensitive, transforming from indigo to blush pink when mixed with naturally acidic mixers including lemon juice, lime juice or tonic water. Perfect for creating dreamy blush pink or baby blue cocktails.
Ink Gin is distilled in small batches at Husk Plantation Distillery in the Tweed Valley, north of Byron Bay.
