Behind the Brand

What draws you to wedding photography?

Photography is art – it’s a way of capturing the world and memories through my own interpretation. It’s about preserving a feeling, and it lasts through time. I’m fascinated by looking at old photos and imagining the stories behind them. Each photo has meaning beyond its appearance – that’s what moves me. That’s always been the case. I’ve always been the one with a camera in hand. But as life often goes, it initially led me in a completely different direction, where I quickly realized that I was missing the creativity and passion. Since then, I’ve given up everything and thrown myself headfirst into my life. Because that’s exactly it – photography has become such a big part of my life, always accompanying me.

How would you describe your photography style?

I like to describe my photography style as a documentary style, capturing all the small and big candid moments and the stories behind them. With a certain aesthetic and a huge preference for details, which are associated with the editorial style. I combine these two styles and aim to not only capture memories but to transform them into art. It’s very difficult to feel and describe my path in such a way. I am passionate about every detail and about creativity itself. If I were to break it down into a few words: romantic, modern, unique, intimate.

What inspires you creatively?

I draw inspiration from my surroundings and the people I encounter – from colors, interior design and fashion, light and shadow, movements, and relationships.

What is it that makes an image magical?

The unexpected!

A picture is magical to me when it speaks for itself. When it doesn’t just depict, but transports and even evokes a sensation. When a picture leaves room for one’s own thoughts, when it even prompts them.

What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?

Trust yourself and your intuition, and familiarize yourself not only with the photographer’s portfolio but also with their philosophy and personality. Does the photographer see the same things you see? The photographer spends the entire wedding day with you, capturing your emotions. It is crucial that you can trust them and feel comfortable knowing that they understand exactly what you want and who you are.

Your dream location to shoot a wedding?

Uh, the world is so big and there are so many locations to discover. But for example:

Neuendorf House, Mallorca

Isola del Garda, Italy

Villa Oliviero, Italy
