What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?
The initial spark for MC2 Mon Amour came from a deep passion for storytelling through design and events. Over 11 years ago, this vision led to the creation of our agency in France. Since then, we have expanded globally, opening new offices, including our most recent in Dubai. Our approach combines artistic direction, seamless coordination, and a commitment to crafting deeply personal experiences for every couple.

We provide a comprehensive suite of services designed to effortlessly bring our couples’ visions to life. From planning and coordination to artistic direction and styling, we handle every detail with precision. Each event is thoughtfully curated to ensure every element is cohesive, beautiful, and reflective of the couple’s unique story. Our team also specializes in destination wedding planning across France, the Middle East, and beyond, creating unforgettable experiences in iconic and luxurious settings.
How would you describe your aesthetic?
Our aesthetic could be described as elegant minimalism with a timeless, refined touch. We focus on blending natural elements, rich textures, and sophisticated details to create spaces that feel both luxurious and inviting. Each event is customized, but our signature style always highlights an understated, effortless elegance, where every detail feels intentional and meaningful.
As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?
Right now, we’re inspired by a movement toward authenticity and personalization in weddings. Couples are looking into embracing their unique love stories, cultures, and personal styles. We’re especially inspired by the resurgence of certain cherished traditions that were once lost. Elements like handwritten vows, family heirlooms, vintage wedding cakes… These traditions add layers of emotion and intimacy, making every moment even more memorable.
What would you like to see less of?
We would love to see less focus on trends for trends’ sake. Instead of incorporating popular elements just because they’re ‘in’, we encourage couples to choose details that resonate with their story and create something that feels timeless. Another thing we’d love to move away from is overly cluttered decor there’s such beauty in simplicity and space, allowing each element to stand out.
A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?
One key tip is to embrace your personal style rather than following trends; the more your event reflects who you are, the more memorable it will be. Another essential tip is to invest in a detailed timeline and open communication with all vendors. Even the most stunning details need structure to shine, and a well-coordinated team will make everything feel seamless and relaxed on the day.
