At Oh! Such Style, we are a small, and perfectly formed team, who offer a bespoke approach to wedding planning and design. We are able to create a purposeful atmosphere that evokes emotions and tells a story, which ultimately leads to a meaningful experience for each of our couples. It’s our expertise that allows us to curate one-of-a-kind celebrations, for the sophisticated couple, who appreciates quality and treasure life’s loveliest moments. 

Behind The Brand

What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?

Our brand story is actually based on trying to create a good impression. Back in 2006, I was in a relationship and my partner’s mother decided we should spend Christmas together… Naturally, I looked at this as the perfect opportunity to show that I was the ideal ‘daughter in law’ and so I went all out with creating the picture-perfect Christmas vibe. From bespoke place settings to the opulent centerpieces, perfectly wrapped gifts and everything in between. I really put everything into making sure the day was a resounding success. Needless to say, it was, and everyone was really impressed. Mission accomplished. Later that day, I was asked if I had ever considered working in events, which I hadn’t, but in that moment the seed was planted and 17 years later, here we are.

It’s honestly the most rewarding career I could have ever chosen to explore and I’m so thankful for that Christmas, as I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

What services do you offer couples?

At Oh! Such Style we believe that every couple is different and the level of guidance they need with their wedding will vary with each one. Whilst, we specialise in Full-Service Wedding Planning and Design, we also offer a Partial Planning service as well as a Design and Styling only.

How would you describe your aesthetic?

We would say our signature style is a twist on modern and romantic and we are known for our timeless, elegant aesthetic.

As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

This season, we are inspired by fluidity and movement. This is something that can be translated into so many aspects of a wedding design to create a completely unique feel which is something we love doing with each wedding we are involved in.

What would you like to see less of?

We find that brides tend to see something they like online and try to replicate it. This could be for various reasons, but we would love to see more couples being true to their individual style and the elements that really speak to them.

A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?

The best advice we give our couples is to focus on what’s important to them and remember to have fun. It’s very easy to get caught up in the planning process and pulled in multiple directions but if you keep coming back to your main priorities then everything else will fall into place.
