About Paola Lattarini

Italy is my home base, but my deep love of travel and my passion for photography have led me to document weddings and getaways in extraordinary destinations such as Greece, Mexico, Spain and France.

I specialize in creating authentic images that effortlessly convey the bonds between couples, taking a natural approach. My portfolio ranges from intimate elopements to small designer weddings to large luxury celebrations.

What draws you to wedding photography?

Getting to know cultures and people from all over the world, being part of moments of pure joy, I think the photographer has a great responsibility that day, we have to make sure we capture very important memories that people will want to relive for a lifetime.

How would you describe your photography style?

I focus on capturing emotions authentically and spontaneously, without any forced moments. My style blends editorial elegance with timeless appeal, adding a touch of glamour to genuine emotions. My goal is to create epic photos

What inspires you creatively?

I get inspired by the couple first and foremost by their emotions and personalities to make each session unique and sewn to them and then by what I see in my travels, fashion, movies, how they compose an image the use of light and colors and other photographers even those who have absolutely nothing to do with the field of weddings.

What is it that makes an image magical?

For me the fundamental elements are light and emotion, nothing is more important than these two elements then as a plus I would add the style of the couple

What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?

I advise couples not to stop at just the email, make a video call, meet him/her, chemistry between you is key, I always tell my couples that the photographer is the person they will see the most during the day and it is essential that there is a good relationship, also we capture emotions, if you don’t want forced photos having someone who knows how to deal with you is very important.

Your dream location to shoot a wedding? 

Amangiri is definitely the big dream, this location encapsulates everything I love most-desert design and vistas, neutral and warm colors. But there are many other locations that follow this style that have made it onto my wish list
