Behind The Brand
What draws you to wedding photography?
Wedding photography, to me, is the most meaningful form of art – a perfect harmony of storytelling and creativity. It’s about creating art inspired by the uniqueness of each celebration, capturing not only grand moments but also the subtle, intimate ones that often go unnoticed. The privilege of transforming fleeting moments into lasting memories is what makes wedding photography truly unparalleled for me. It allows me to be both an artist and a storyteller, weaving together emotion, beauty, and timeless moments into one unforgettable narrative.
How would you describe your photography style?
I would describe my style as warm, sophisticated, and timeless. It’s a blend of authentic moments and artistic direction, tailored to fit the personality and vision of each couple. I approach every wedding with a keen eye for genuine moments, while guiding couples to ensure they feel comfortable and look their best, making every image feel effortlessly real, as well as beautiful. My goal is to preserve your memories with both sophistication and soul, all while maintaining a friendly, easy-going approach that makes you feel like you’re simply spending time with a friend – not posing for photos.
What inspires you creatively?
My creative process is deeply influenced by my background as a visual artist. With experience in painting and sculpture, I bring a painter’s eye to my photography, seeking compositions that are not only beautiful but also emotionally evocative. I’m inspired by the uniqueness of each couple’s story and the many ways love is celebrated. For me, your story is my truest inspiration – each wedding is an opportunity to capture a completely unique narrative. I’m drawn to the delicate interplay between emotion and composition: how light moves through moments of joy, or how a quiet glance can speak volumes. Beyond technique, connection is the driving force behind every image I capture.
What is it that makes an image magical?
The magic is found in the authenticity of the moment, framed with artistry and intention. It’s these moments, when time seems to stand still, that make an image timeless.
What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?
My advice to couples is simple: choose a photographer who truly understands your vision and listens to your story. Your photographer should be more than just a vendor – they should be a companion and a friend on one of the most special days of your life. It’s important to feel a connection and trust, as they will be with you throughout the day, capturing not just the moments, but the emotions that define your celebration. Make sure their style and personality align with yours, and that they can create a gallery that feels as authentic and personal as your story. Ultimately, have a real conversation with your photographer, and ask to see full wedding galleries before selecting them.
Your dream location to shoot a wedding?
Anywhere near the sea feels like a dream location to me. Some venues in northern Spain or the south of France would be exciting to shoot in. But truly, there are so many places yet to discover that I cannot narrow it to just one or two. I feel like the mix between nature and history or architecture serves as the perfect backdrop for a meaningful wedding story. But in the end, even when the venue, décor, and aesthetic all come together to create the perfect atmosphere, it’s the energy of the couple that truly brings the space to life.
