Specializing in contemporary, minimal, and modern weddings located in Southern California and many other destinations around the world, RBCO Events is a full-service event planning company that brings together elevated weddings through precise coordination, intentional designs, and authentic details. Since 2016, we've had the honor to simply create and breathe life into events in hopes for our work to land in the hearts it's meant to.

Behind The Brand

What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?

After working for multiple event planning companies, I knew it was time to branch off when I felt strongly about bringing my own take, personal interests, and values towards weddings and when working with couples. Minimalist interior, modern & street lifestyle, and world-wide traveling are what nurtures my individuality and so naturally, these all began to stream into my line of work when launching RBCO.

With a contemporary, modern, and minimalist approach – the wedding designs and details that we help bring to life are inspiration and experiences fueled from my everyday life. That to me is what creates a refreshing and heartfelt take on events, our overall brand, and niche.

What services do you offer couples?

Whether it’s design focused, coordination, or full planning, we offer comprehensive services that tailor all couple’s needs. Streamlined planning and budgeting, curating a specific theme and aesthetic, and carefully hand selecting appropriate vendors, are just a few examples of how we devote our efforts to fully understand and execute your overall wedding vision, goals, and expectations.

How would you describe your aesthetic?

Simplicity with intention. I strive to focus on elevated statements that reflect our couple’s personas – in hopes that you can tell who our couples are through the designs we curate.

As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

Old-world architecture that bring natural charm to venues, organic & nature inspired flowers, earthy tablescape elements, and embracing culture through destination weddings in locations that typically do not cross people’s minds.

What would you like to see less of?

Cookie cutter coordination services that feel like the same old pattern. Authenticity, connection, and quality are where our focus is at and with this decision alone, it has lead us to couples who through & through – share the same visions and values.

A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?

As a 2025 Bride myself, I can relate that the pressure is real to do and have it all. But a constant reminder throughout the wedding planning process is to focus on what fills you & your partner’s souls and most importantly, prioritize solely celebrating your love & matrimony.
