What’s your best piece of advice for wedding and event planning?
Our main piece of advice is to trust your wedding planner. You can of course have the final say in your design and color schemes but listen to them when it comes to all things logistical and timing-wise.
Make sure to chase all of your guests for their RSVP if they don’t respond. Plan the group photos list in advance and ensure to communicate with all of your guests about where they need to be during the group shots.
Do you travel interstate/worldwide?
We work internationally and have organised a vast array of incredible weddings across the world.
How does the process of wedding planning work?
We start with an initial call to discuss the couple’s requirements, ascertain the available budget, and see whether we are the right fit for the couple. We then meet with the couple for a full consultation and once everyone is happy, we send a contract to be signed. Once this has been done, we immediately start the planning process which usually means finding a venue for the couple and then organising the remainder of the wedding.
What elements of a wedding do you help with?
We are a full-service event management company, so we organise every element of the client’s wedding including the guest hotel, airport transfers, pop up salons for the guests, event production, and so forth. Our role usually involves organising entire complex international weddings from start to finish, where the client doesn’t have the time or the experience to do so.
