The Parlour Room (TPR) is a leading beauty destination, dedicated to refined and relaxed beauty. With two concept salons (TPR and Self) located in Clovelly, Sydney; a curated online edit and expert journal, TPR is an all-encompassing destination committed to helping you look and feel your best. We believe true beauty comes from within, feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin.
Our mission is to create a luxurious experience for you to relax and indulge, surrounded by a supportive, positive, and empowering community. Offering a range of expert beauty treatments across both sites, our curated online edit coupled with our expert journal, allows you to further this experience at home.

What type of experiences do you offer?
Between the two salons, TPR and Self we offer nails, brows, tanning, waxing, lashes, makeup, facials, body treatments, massages, and infrared sauna as well as a private event suite for group bookings.
What would be your ideal bachelorette experience?
A pamper session with my closest friends and family in the TPR private event suite, complete with grazing platters and champagne, listening to my favorite Spotify playlist.
Best time of year/day to experience your service?
Any time of the year, perhaps in spring or summer so it’s warm and you can go out for a few sunset cocktails after.
Advice to brides/bridesmaids when planning a bachelorette party?
Do whatever makes you/the bride happy, not to suit everyone else. This day is all about them so it’s so important to make them feel like an absolute star.
What does wellness mean to you?
Wellness to me means glowing from the inside out. Having energy, good posture, feeling hydrated, and taking time to relax.
What are your favorite beauty and wellness products and/or practices?
A body scrub and massage is something that gives me so much energy, I feel like a new woman afterward, as if all my stress has been melted away.
I love having my brows, nails, and tan done as well as it makes me feel so confident and ready to take on the world.
My favorite products are Cosmedics comfort cream (available in salon) iS Clinical Cleansing Complex and the Sodashi Vanilla Body Bliss treatment.
What are your most popular products and/ or services?
Brows, nails, tanning, and facials.
What advice do you give to brides in the lead up to their wedding day?
If you’re looking at beauty services, always start trialing them months before your wedding. That way you can see how your skin reacts, how the tan looks, and plenty of time to work out what nail color you like. It also means you have time to get your skin and nails in good condition. On the day you want to relax and so doing all the preparation beforehand helps.
