Editors Notes

Why we love it…

A series of striking spaces surrounded by nature, The Valley Estate has us captivated by its natural beauty and hinterland views. The lines between inside and out are blurred at the Currumbin Valley property which has enormous arched windows inside The Manor, a glasshouse, and a large terrace with lawns and gardens, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

For the bride…

For the bride who is looking for a European-inspired wedding venue, closer to home. The Gentlemen’s Retreat and The Sanctuary make The Valley Estate perfect for the couple with a bridal party, and there’s plenty of onsite locations for photos, so you don’t have to leave the location, from start until finish.

Editor’s tips…

The Manor’s soaring ceilings, and industrial, raw elements, such as polished concrete flooring, exposed brick walls and ceiling beams would be beautifully styled with soft whites and flowing, light materials. Not using this space for your reception? It would make for a beautiful backdrop for bridal photos with all of the natural light that floods into the space through walls of glass.
