Darkly Monochromatic Reception Styling
An ethereal, black and white tablescape exploring the duality of light and dark elements. Styled with contrasting colourless florals, free flowing natural fabrics and textural ceramics.
Photographers Nina and Darek artfully capture a monochromatic reception setting within a softly-lit studio in the heart of Poland. Illuminated by wisps of candlelight, ethereal Lunaria and orchids delicately curl over contrasting gravelly, charcoal and moon toned ceramics by GajaArte. A natural chandelier of dried branches, draped with dried amaranthus by Mowa Kwiatów, make a supernatural centrepiece for this enchanting scene.
“We wanted to create a simple arrangement in black and white. It shows that you shouldn’t be afraid to use only a few decor elements to build an elegant table setting. Thinking outside of the box and being brave enough to try non-conventional solutions can lead to beautiful things.”
“The beauty of Mother Nature inspired us. We used majestic orchids and feather light lunaria, raw handcrafted ceramics and moon stone quartz, all in organic tones. Simplicity is the key.”
