Morning Surf at Wategos
Dreamy waves surrounded by absolute perfection is the best way to start the day. Enjoy longboarding in the crystal clear waters of Wategos while watching dolphins play amongst the waves.
Indulge in Breakfast Pastries
Nothing beats Harvest pastries, especially the Nutella donuts that the bakery makes on the weekend! Combined with a beautiful garden, this is my absolute favorite spot for a special morning.
Explore the Coastline
Anywhere between Broken Head and Seven Mile Beach is my favorite stretch of coast in Australia. We spend endless beach days discovering every corner behind the Broken Head headland, with natural swimming pools, jumping holes and marine life all around.
Shop Artisanal Homewares in the Hinterland
I love the eclectic mix of all designers, homewares and floral arrangements that the amazing Newrybar Merchants have. A total gem in the hinterland.
Wholesome Lunch in the Heart of Town
I fell in love with the Green Smoothie at Fel’s Kitchen and had to come back for more! The menu is full of amazing vegan and vegetarian options, and the staff are a delight.
Venturing Secluded Waterfalls
Drive through the hills and take the time to hike to the amazing Minyon Falls. Replenish with a kombucha and a bite to eat at Doma in Federal on your way home.
Ending the day with Sunset Views
Walking up to the Cape Byron Lighthouse at sunset never gets old… reaching the top and soaking in the breath taking views of the Bay and rolling hills is a moment to be experienced. Plus, it is a leg burner!
European Dining in Byron Bay
Italian food has a soft spot in my heart, and Di Vino hits the jackpot! Delicious fresh pasta, an Aperol spritz and good conversation is the perfect way to end a weekend well spent. Be sure to make a reservation.
