An Alpine-Inspired Collection of Winter Wedding Dresses – KYHA Fall ’25

An alpine-inspired collection of winter wedding dresses evoking the boldly contrasting formations of snow, Australian design house KYHA debuted Le Coucou at New York Bridal Fashion Week.

An alpine-inspired collection of winter wedding dresses, drawing from the poetry and palettes of snow, Australian design house KYHA debuted its latest collection, Le Coucou, at New York Bridal Fashion Week.

Evocative of the boldly contrasting formations of snow—from rugged alpine peaks to delicately soft snowfall—the collection was a mesmerizing fusion of structure and fluidity. With expressive proportions, exposed corsetry in transparent fabrics cinched deeply dipped waistlines, while exaggerated hips shaped feminine silhouettes.

Winter Wedding Dresses

Mirroring snow’s luminous palette, gowns dripped in iridescent sequins and tassel beading, with hints of color in muted sage and metallic silver. A collection of winter wedding dresses designed to layer and punctuated with baroque pearls or beaded metallics, Le Coucou evokes ethereal winter wedding backdrops.

“In Le Coucou, we’ve used color to reflect the alpine landscape at different times of the day. Ivories, blacks, silvers, and my personal favorite, a muted sage, all mirror the natural hues from our shoot location in Wanaka, New Zealand.”
