Grace Heller Events is a luxury destination design and planning company focused on thoughtful end-to-end design and is heavily inspired by high fashion, minimalism, and travel. We execute design focused, detail oriented weddings and events all around the world. We are dedicated to the ones that appreciate the details that capture the essence of elegance and style and are looking to experience a beautiful, bespoke event tailored to their own unique vision.

As a former Events Manager for Prada HQ in New York, Grace Heller managed and planned extravagant special events throughout North America. Grace Heller Events brings expertise in high-end fashion to modern clients looking for the same tasteful, fashion forward experience.

Behind The Brand

What was the initial spark for your brand, how did it all begin?

It all began when I was planning my own wedding and felt there was a big gap of wedding planners in the industry that were more design focused and specialized in something more end to end with an overall vision (including fashion). Everything felt very traditional and stiff, princess-y, and I noticed the definition of luxury in the wedding industry meant ‘more is more’ which I didn’t resonate with. I knew there had to be a niche group of people who felt the same way as I did so one day during COVID, I decided to start my own design & planning business. It’s been the most fulfilling, incredible, and exciting few years!

What services do you offer couples?

Full service event design, planning and management (available worldwide).

How would you describe your aesthetic?

Although every event is uniquely curated for our clients, I would say every design we put out is fashion forward, elegant, and chic.
We pay deep attention to every single detail and make sure each unique element is meticulously chosen to fit the overall design without any fillers to ensure the event feels elevated.

As a planner or stylist, what are you inspired by at the moment in the world of weddings?

I try to stay away from finding inspiration from the wedding industry because that’s how you end up seeing the same trending designs over and over again. Instead, I try to get to know each one of my clients and understand their story. Once I understand the overall feeling they want to bring to their event, I look to fashion shows, clean line architecture and interior design, fine dining experiences, and various cultural elements while traveling. I feel this is my way of staying authentic to who I am and curating unique experiences for my clients and their guests.

What would you like to see less of?

Forced trends instead of staying authentic to you and what truly inspires you.

A styling/planning tip or two you’ve learned along the way that you’d give to any couple?

Find a designer and planner that really aligns with your overall vision and then trust them completely. You want to make sure you feel aligned with them in terms of aesthetic and design but also want to feel as if they have your best interest in mind throughout the entire planning process.
