Behind The Brand

What draws you to wedding photography?

Wedding photography came to me after living in Chile for 5 years. I was already a photographer in the making, but I had studied visual arts and set out to be an artist. In Chile, I shot over 100 weddings in those 5 years, and the passion I’ve found in this profession lies in the intimacy I’m able to create not only with the couple but also with the entire team behind such an intentional project. To have a front-row seat to people’s emotions, to enter their family for a brief moment as if I were part of it, is an incredible privilege for me!

How would you describe your photography style?

Contrary to elaborate setups, my preference lies in a candid, photojournalistic, and documentary approach. I create luxurious, magazine-quality frames with meticulous care and detail, infusing warmth into an industry that can sometimes feel reserved. With a style that’s fashion-forward, artistic, and true to tone, I produce frames that stand the test of time rather than fleeting trends.

What inspires you creatively?

Music is what I always turn to to spark creativity in me. If I had more than one life, I would have been a musician in a symphony orchestra, a music critic, and a radio broadcaster. However, all my knowledge and skills are visual, so I let myself be seduced and influenced by music to infuse my images with a cinematic atmosphere, to transport people into a dream. It’s as if there’s a song playing in the background with every image I create.

Architecture is also a key element in my inspiration, and I often integrate the environment into my photos without even realizing it, treating the context, colors, lighting, atmosphere, and shapes as important characters in my imagery.

Sports and a balanced diet are the ultimate sources of balance for me, allowing me to refocus and create mental space for this creativity to unfold.

What makes an image magical?

When you hear music while looking at it!

What advice would you give couples when selecting their wedding photographer?

My advice for couples would be to look for a photographer who observes and cares for them, who can provide a personalized and attentive experience that anticipates their needs, much like an expert concierge. Aside from capturing images that exude sophistication, grace, and intentionality, the goal should always be to answer the couple’s questions before they even ask them. Couples should seek a photographer willing to go the extra mile to ensure they feel supported and guided with kindness and expertise.
