Behind The Brand

What’s your best piece of advice for wedding and event planning?

I encourage my clients to be honest about how they want to experience their wedding and to answer the right questions. What is this wedding about for you? What makes you happy? How do you want to feel? How do you want to remember it? Once you are clear on those feelings, the path will be easy, you will select the right wedding vendors, the right team, the wedding planner that hears you and sees you. Knowing what matters to you, will clear the path of the things that are not important and decisions will flow.

Do you travel interstate/worldwide?

While most of my weddings happen in Mexico, I do travel for certain projects and clients.

How does the process of wedding planning work?

We begin by getting to know the client, the wedding goals, and the overall wedding experience expectations. During those first conversations, we’ll meet via Zoom or in-person and explore what they want to create. From here, I’ll develop a design proposal that includes a custom vision, ideas, and price estimate. Once we finalize the client’s vision, I’ll move forward creating their event.

During the design process, the client works with me directly. I will host every meeting and consultation and steer the logistical operations as we develop their wedding. As the wedding approaches, I manage every last design and logistic detail. My clients get to rest easy—and when the day comes, they simply enjoy the experience.

What elements of a wedding do you help with?

With a strong focus on design, I help my clients craft the ambiance and manage logistics of their entire destination wedding. We navigate all details, including florals, lighting, rentals, entertainment, and catering.
