Nestled within 100 acres of lush woodland and olive groves, Villa Catureglio stands as a splendidly restored Tuscan haven, offering seclusion and charm in abundance.
 
For over 15 years, the team at Villa Catureglio has orchestrated exquisite wedding celebrations amidst this captivating landscape, boasting unparalleled expertise in event coordination. From catering and floral arrangements to music and Italian documentation, they ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. 
Ideal for weddings, the villa offers versatile spaces, allowing for various stages of the celebration. Guests can arrive the night before to indulge in a welcoming dinner. Saturdays host the wedding festivities, while Sundays provide a leisurely recovery with brunch and a poolside soiree. The villa also boasts a quaint Frescoed Chapel, perfect for blessings.
 
Dating back to the 13th century, the main house features four self-contained cottages, accommodating up to 41 guests across 20 meticulously furnished bedrooms, blending contemporary comfort with antique Italian elegance.

Behind The Brand

What was the initial spark for the property and how did it all begin?

Catureglio was bought, in 1987, by the English Hopkins family who, thanks to the passion and significant investments of Sir Michael Hopkins and his wife Patricia, both architects, have now restored the place to its former glory and beauty.

What spaces do you offer for a wedding or event?

Our property can accommodate up to 41 people for a minimum stay of 3 nights. During their stay, guests will feel at home and enjoy full privacy. For weddings, all areas of the property can be utilized according to the couple’s preferences. The villa courtyard is ideal for ceremonies and aperitivos, the back garden is perfect for dinner, and dances can be held in either the barn or the lower courtyard. We also have an onsite chapel available for blessings. Additionally, we offer various backup options without the need for pre-arrangement and at no extra cost.
