About Elisa Ness

Elisa Ness is the story of a mother and daughter who decide to challenge the codes of the wedding dress.

”I have always been immersed in the fashion world, with a curious eye on my mother’s professional activity.

Heiress of her know-how, I have access to embroidery techniques on which we rely to make modern and contemporary creations”.

Elisa Ness does not have a style, but rather a vision, that of couture creations. No fairy tales, only the quest for a modern and sophisticated silhouette, without clichés.

Behind The Brand

Describe the woman you design for…

Our Brides are stylish, cool and assuming. They have the freedom to invent her owns rules and to deflect standards.

What is your most popular piece?

Textural embroidery and the bold silhouette of our Ege gown, inspired by alluring power of the modern woman.

What advice would you give to brides-to-be?

Listen to your heart and let your intuition to be your guide!

As a designer, what tips do you have for brides to get the most out of their fittings?

Underwear – Bring with you a good quality strapless bra and pants in a colour that’s close your skin tone.
Shoes – If you’ve already got your wedding shoes, bring them along. If not, bring something with a similar heel height.

Do you offer a custom design service for brides? If so, how long does it take to make a custom piece?

We do offer custom design services. The process lasts three months.

From their very first meeting with us, our bride will work together to establish their unique design. They are invited to try the exquisite dresses from the existing collection for inspiration, before discussing the details of their bespoke wedding dress.

We take pride in the perfect fit of every dress, and cotton toile fittings play an important part in the process. Once they are satisfied with the style and fit, their dress will be made in the final fabric, followed by further fittings to ensure an impeccable fit.

Their one-of-a-kind dress is handcrafted by Melissa and her team, using only the highest quality materials and delicate details. Any final alterations will be made at your final fitting.

What advice do you give to brides to care for their gown?

It’s advisable to keep their wedding dress away from the light and place it somewhere airy.
