About Arava Polak Bridal

Arava Polak, WIZO Haifa Academy graduate, established her bridal studio in Israel in order to express her creativity and her love for fashion by emphasizing the inventiveness and connection with global trends. Arava's dresses highlight and empower the soft, feminine, and aristocratic bride.

The primary collection is a mix of materials, memories, and inspirations. With minimalist designs upgraded by romantic and avant-garde touches, they are characterized by a mix of fabrics and full of details. Handmade embroidered laces, a mix of nude and ivory shades, colors, and transparency play a big role in her work.

All the dresses are couture stitched and made of high-quality fabrics, carefully chosen. In order to give the dresses a glamorous and high-end look, a unique handmade process of exclusive stones setting is used, resulting in spectacular unique textures. The collections transmit a fairytale look with sophisticated sexiness, glamour, and aristocracy.

Behind The Brand

Describe the woman you design for…

We design for the modern, confident, and romantic bride. Our brides are stylish yet timeless, and effortlessly elegant.

What is your most popular piece?

Every dress has its own story and uniqueness. One of our most popular dresses is Florita, which perfectly aligns with our stylish, yet romantic brides.

What advice would you give to brides-to-be?

Stay loyal to yourself and choose the dress that you feel the most beautiful and confident in.

As a designer, what tips do you have for brides to get the most out of their fittings?

Enjoy the process, it’s the most fun and important thing during your preparations, come with one or two people that are close to you and you trust their opinions, the more people you take, the more confusing it becomes.

Do you offer a custom design service for brides? If so, how long does it take to make a custom piece?

We do make custom gowns, which is a one on one process with the bride. We focus on the bride’s wishes together with our design features and work according to the bride’s body, curves, and figure. This process takes 3-4 months depending on the fabrics and the design.

What advice do you give to brides to care for their gown?

It is important to hang the dress in the garment bag till the wedding day and store it in a cold place. After the wedding, it is important to follow the care instructions that can be found on the dress label. All our dresses are handmade using luxury high-quality fabrics meaning they will last forever.

Editors Notes

Why we love it…

Effortlessly equal parts ethereal, daring, and feminine. Arava Polak, a symphony of modernity infused with masterful craftsmanship and visionary moments.

For the Bride…

Daring to embrace her elegance, in a stripped back and deeply authentic way. For the beach bride. The wild garden and barefoot bride. The city rooftop bride. The lost deserts and mountain tops bride. For the bride with inner confidence and radiant innocence.

Styling tips…

When selecting a gown featuring featherweight tulle and delicate embroidery create a point of juxtaposition, think black strapped heels, an imperfectly knotted bun, and statement ink lashes. Opt for balance, a sense of harmony between brave and poetic.
