Behind The Brand

Describe the woman you design for…

We design for the country-meets-coast woman who appreciates pieces that come with a story, are sustainably made and can be held onto for years to come.

What destinations would your customer wear your pieces?

Our pieces are destined to be worn everywhere from the idyllic seaside streets of Italy to a quiet tropical island holiday in the Maldives, to a charming town in the Australian countryside. Wherever the wind may take you, we create nostalgic accessories that can be worn day-in, day-out. At home or abroad.

What styling tips and advice do you have for women ahead of their vacation or honeymoon?

We love seeing accessories worn in excess, but effortlessly. More is more but with comfort comes confidence. Layer up and choose pieces you love, pieces that make you feel beautiful and give your holiday wardrobe a little extra charm.

What is your most popular style?

Our Leo Corduroy Bucket Hats, Sollie Mama Straw Hat, Betty Shell Chain Belt and all of our footwear.

What advice do you give to women to care for their garments while on holiday?

We design our accessories to be well-loved. To be precious, but not too precious! But if you’d like to take extra care in lengthening the longevity of the items within our collection while on holiday, we’d recommend keeping away from water and body products such as moisturiser and sunscreens.

Editor’s Notes

Why we love it…

We love their approach to reinvention and their stylish spin on vintage classics. We’re drawn to the effortlessness of the pieces they create and curate – an aesthetic steered by travel and the boheme.
